Privacy Policy
Effective Date: 10-08-2026
Last Updated: 13-08-2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Pro Digitech DWC-LLC, referred to in this Policy as “Pro Digitech DWC,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” collects, uses, stores, shares, and otherwise processes personal information in connection with our website, communications, business operations, and professional services.
Pro Digitech is a UAE-based provider of company formation and business setup support, website design and development, digital marketing, eCommerce services, VAT, tax and accounting support, and banking and compliance assistance. Our website is available at https://prodigitechdwc.com/.
We recognize that our work may require clients to entrust us with contact details, business records, identity documents, technical credentials, financial information, and other confidential materials. We are committed to handling personal information responsibly, transparently, and with safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and the services requested.
This Policy is intended to help you understand:
- what personal information we may collect;
- how and why we may use it;
- when it may be shared with authorities, banks, platforms, advisers, service providers, or other authorized parties;
- how long it may be retained;
- the choices and rights that may be available to you; and
- how to contact us about privacy matters.
Visiting our website does not by itself mean that you consent to every form of data processing described in this Policy. We rely on the lawful ground appropriate to the particular activity, which may include consent where consent is required. If you submit information, communicate with us, or ask us to provide a service, we may process the information as reasonably necessary for that interaction and as otherwise described in this Policy.
In this Policy, “personal information” and “personal data” mean information relating to an identified or reasonably identifiable individual. Information that has been irreversibly anonymized so that an individual can no longer reasonably be identified is not treated as personal information.
Depending on the context, Pro Digitech may decide why and how personal information is processed, or it may process information on behalf of a business client and according to that client’s instructions. Where we process personal information for a client—for example, while managing a website, online store, advertising campaign, analytics account, or customer database—the client’s privacy notice and our agreement with that client may also apply.
2. Scope of This Privacy Policy
This Policy applies to personal information that Pro Digitech collects or receives through legitimate business activities, including:
- the Pro Digitech website and related web pages;

This Policy should be read together with any service-specific notice, form notice, cookie notice, contractual data-processing terms, or other privacy information presented when personal information is collected. A more specific notice may supplement this Policy for a particular service or activity.
This Policy does not govern the independent processing activities of third-party websites, government entities, free zones, banks, payment providers, social networks, advertising platforms, or other organizations that operate under their own privacy terms.
This Policy describes Pro Digitech’s privacy practices. It is not legal advice to visitors or clients about their own privacy, tax, corporate, marketing, or regulatory obligations.

4.3 From Advertising, Analytics, and Social Platforms
If enabled, advertising networks, analytics providers, search engines, and social-media platforms may provide campaign information, lead-form submissions, aggregated reports, conversion events, audience insights, or attribution information. The information available to us depends on the platform, campaign settings, permissions, and privacy choices.
4.4 From Clients, Representatives, Referrers, and Service Partners
We may receive information from a person acting on your behalf, an employer or company, an authorized representative, a referral partner, a professional adviser, a technology provider, a government or free-zone portal, a bank, a compliance provider, or another party involved in delivering the service you requested.
4.5 From Client-Controlled Systems
For technology, digital marketing, eCommerce, accounting, or support assignments, a business client may provide access to its website, CRM, analytics, advertising, marketplace, accounting, communications, or other systems. In those circumstances, the client is responsible for ensuring that it has a lawful basis to make relevant information available to us.
4.6 From Public or Legitimately Available Sources
Where relevant and lawful, we may obtain limited business information from public company registers, authority portals, professional directories, company websites, public social-media profiles, sanctions or compliance sources, and other legitimately available business sources. We do not use public availability as a reason to collect information unrelated to a legitimate business purpose.
5. How We Use Personal Information
We may use personal information for the purposes below, depending on the interaction and the services requested.
5.1 Enquiries, Quotations, and Consultations
We may use information to:
- respond to questions and service enquiries;

5.4 Website Design, Development, Hosting, and Maintenance
We may use information and authorized system access to plan, design, develop, test, deploy, host, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, back up, migrate, or improve websites and related technical services; administer project communications; and provide support.
5.5 Digital Marketing and Lead-Generation Services
We may use information to create, administer, measure, and optimize SEO, paid-search, social-media, content, conversion-optimization, analytics, and lead-generation activities. This may include accessing client-authorized advertising or analytics accounts, processing campaign leads, preparing reports, and measuring results.
5.6 eCommerce and Marketplace Services
We may use information to set up, support, or manage Shopify stores, websites, Amazon, Noon, eBay, or other marketplace accounts; product listings and catalogues; merchant or store configurations; technical integrations; customer-service workflows; and related eCommerce operations, subject to the client’s instructions and platform requirements.

Where a regulated or specialist service must be provided by an authorized third party, relevant information may be shared with that party as described in this Policy.
5.8 Banking and Compliance Support
We may use information to assist in preparing or organizing business-bank-account applications, KYC and corporate-verification documents, compliance questionnaires, source-of-funds or source-of-wealth materials, and communications with banks or compliance providers. Pro Digitech provides support and coordination; independent institutions make their own decisions.

5.12 Security, Fraud Prevention, and Legal Compliance
We may use information to authenticate users, control access, protect accounts and systems, prevent or investigate misuse, fraud, unauthorized activity, or security incidents, conduct appropriate compliance checks, respond to lawful requests, establish or defend legal rights, and meet applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
5.13 Marketing Communications
Where legally permitted, we may use contact details and service interests to send or personalize business updates, service information, offers, event invitations, newsletters, or follow-up communications. Section 20 explains the choices available for marketing communications.
We will not use personal information for a materially incompatible new purpose without considering whether an additional notice, consent, or other lawful ground is required.
6. Legal Basis and Lawful Processing
Where applicable to the relevant activity, our approach takes account of the principles in UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 Concerning the Protection of Personal Data, together with other UAE, free-zone, sector-specific, or foreign requirements that may validly apply. The applicable regime can depend on Pro Digitech’s licensed entity, the location and role of the parties, the nature of the information, and the particular processing. This Policy does not by itself establish or guarantee compliance with every law in every jurisdiction.
The lawful ground for processing depends on the information, purpose, relationship, service, and applicable law. We do not rely on every ground for every activity. Where applicable, processing may be based on one or more of the following:
- Consent: where you have made a clear and informed choice for a specified activity, such as receiving certain marketing communications or enabling non-essential cookies where consent is required.
- Steps requested before a contract: where processing is reasonably necessary to respond to your request, assess requirements, provide a quotation, or prepare for a service engagement.
- Performance of a contract: where processing is necessary to provide an agreed service, manage the engagement, communicate instructions, administer payment, or meet contractual responsibilities.
- Compliance with legal or regulatory obligations: where information must be processed or retained to comply with applicable laws, lawful authority requirements, tax or accounting duties, court orders, regulatory requests, or legally required checks.
- Legitimate business interests: where recognized and permitted under applicable law, and where the individual’s rights and interests do not override our or another party’s legitimate interests. Examples may include operating and securing our business, responding to business enquiries, improving services, preventing fraud, managing records, and measuring business performance.
- Legal claims and protection of rights: where processing is reasonably necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims or protect legitimate rights and interests, as permitted by law.
- Other lawful grounds: where another ground, exception, or authorization is available under applicable UAE data-protection requirements or another law that validly applies to the processing.
Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw that consent, subject to applicable requirements. Withdrawal does not make prior processing unlawful and may affect our ability to provide a feature or service that genuinely requires the information.
7. Company Formation and Government-Related Information
Company formation, licensing, establishment, immigration, visa, residency, and related services may require confidential identity and official documentation. Depending on the application, this may include:
- passport copies and photographs;
- Emirates ID and visa or entry records;
- signatures, specimen signatures, and authorization documents;
- residential or contact details;
- shareholder, director, manager, employee, dependent, and beneficial-owner information;
- business activities, company names, ownership percentages, and corporate documents;
- supporting declarations, approvals, certificates, and application materials; and
- additional information specifically required by a competent authority or service provider.
We may review, organize, reproduce, translate, upload, submit, or otherwise process these materials only to the extent reasonably necessary for the requested service, related administration, compliance, or legal recordkeeping.
At your instruction or as required for the application, relevant information may be submitted to or exchanged with appropriate parties, such as:
- UAE free-zone authorities;
- economic departments or mainland licensing authorities;
- immigration, identity, labour, residency, or other government entities;
- government-authorized service centres;
- banks and regulated financial institutions;
- compliance, verification, medical, insurance, translation, attestation, courier, or document-processing providers;
- legal, tax, accounting, or corporate-service professionals; and
- other authorized partners needed to complete the requested process.
These organizations may request additional information and may process it under their own legal responsibilities and privacy practices. Pro Digitech does not control the systems, procedures, processing times, or decisions of independent authorities and service providers.
Please provide official documents only through the channel requested by an authorized Pro Digitech representative. Do not send unnecessary identity documents or special-category information in a general enquiry form.
8. Banking and Compliance Information
Business-bank-account and compliance-support services may require detailed corporate and personal information to satisfy requirements established by a bank, payment provider, compliance firm, or other relevant institution. This may include:
- passport, Emirates ID, visa, address, and contact information;
- incorporation documents, licences, registers, resolutions, and ownership charts;
- beneficial-owner, director, authorized-signatory, and shareholder details;
- business model, counterparties, expected transactions, countries of operation, and anticipated account activity;
- bank statements, contracts, invoices, financial statements, tax records, or proof of business activity; and
- source-of-funds, source-of-wealth, sanctions-screening, KYC, AML, or corporate-verification information requested by the institution.
Pro Digitech may help collect, organize, review, and transmit relevant materials and may communicate with an institution or authorized intermediary about application status. Information will be shared only as reasonably necessary for the requested assistance, according to instructions, and subject to applicable requirements.
Banks, payment providers, and financial institutions operate independently. They determine their own onboarding criteria, due-diligence requirements, processing methods, retention periods, approval decisions, and privacy practices. Pro Digitech does not control or guarantee bank-account approval, processing time, compliance outcomes, account functionality, or an institution’s handling of personal information. You should review the privacy information provided by the relevant institution.
9. Digital Marketing and Advertising
Depending on the technologies enabled on our website, Pro Digitech may use advertising and measurement services such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta or Facebook advertising technologies, and comparable tools. These technologies may help us:
- understand how visitors reached the website;
- measure advertisement and landing-page performance;
- attribute enquiries and consultation requests to campaigns;
- measure form submissions, telephone-link clicks, WhatsApp-link clicks, page engagement, and other conversion actions;
- avoid repeatedly showing irrelevant advertisements;
- build or use audiences for advertising where legally permitted; and
- improve campaign targeting, content, budgeting, and user experience.
Advertising and analytics technologies may use cookies, tags, pixels, campaign identifiers, device or browser information, IP-derived information, and similar signals. Some providers may combine information received from our website with information they process through their own services, subject to their settings, legal role, and privacy terms.
We do not state that every technology named above is active at all times. Tools may be added, removed, or configured differently as our website and campaigns develop. Where required, non-essential advertising technologies should be managed through an appropriate consent or preference mechanism.
When Pro Digitech provides digital marketing services to a business client, we may process campaign data, account information, audience information, platform leads, conversion events, customer lists, or reporting data supplied or authorized by that client. The client is responsible for ensuring that its source data, notices, permissions, and marketing instructions are lawful. Pro Digitech will process client-controlled personal information according to the applicable agreement, documented instructions, and relevant platform requirements.
10. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cookies are small data files stored on or accessed through a browser or device. Similar technologies include pixels, tags, scripts, local storage, software development kits, and server-side event technologies. They can support website operation, security, preferences, analytics, and advertising.
Depending on what is enabled, our website may use the following categories:
- Essential cookies: support core functions such as page delivery, security, network management, load balancing, form operation, session continuity, and consent-preference storage. The website may not function correctly without them.
- Functional cookies: remember optional settings or features, such as language, interface, communication, or user-experience preferences.
- Analytics cookies: help measure visits, traffic sources, page use, navigation, engagement, errors, and overall website performance.
- Advertising and marketing cookies: help attribute leads, measure campaigns, limit repeated advertisements, understand advertising audiences, or support remarketing where lawfully enabled.
Where a cookie banner or preference centre is available, you may use it to accept, reject, or adjust optional categories. Your choices may be stored so the website can respect them. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Browser controls vary, and disabling certain cookies may reduce website functionality or prevent preferences from being remembered.
Some browsers or devices offer privacy signals or tracking controls. We will assess and respond to such signals where required by applicable law and technically supported by our systems.
Pro Digitech may publish a separate Cookie Policy containing more detailed information about specific cookies, providers, purposes, and durations. If a separate Cookie Policy is published, it should be read together with this Privacy Policy.
11. Google Analytics and Website Analytics
If Google Analytics or another analytics service is enabled, it may help us understand website traffic, page usage, navigation paths, engagement, campaign sources, device categories, general geographic patterns, website errors, and conversion actions.
Depending on configuration, analytics information may include online identifiers, cookie information, IP-related information, browser and device details, referring URLs, visited pages, event timestamps, session behaviour, and campaign parameters. Analytics providers may process information on our behalf, for their own permitted purposes, or in another role described in their terms and privacy documentation.
We generally use analytics reports to understand patterns and improve our website, content, landing pages, services, and marketing performance. Reports may be aggregated, but underlying analytics events or identifiers may still constitute personal information under applicable law. We therefore treat analytics technologies according to their configuration, purpose, and legal requirements rather than assuming all analytics information is anonymous.
Where available, privacy-protective configurations may be used, such as data minimization, limited retention, restricted sharing, consent settings, or IP-related controls. Visitors may also use browser controls, cookie settings, or provider opt-out tools where available.
12. Google Ads and Conversion Tracking
Pro Digitech may use Google Ads to promote UAE company formation, business setup, technology, digital marketing, eCommerce, accounting, tax, banking support, or related services. If Google Ads conversion tracking or related measurement features are enabled, we may record whether an advertisement interaction is followed by an action such as:
- submitting an enquiry, quotation, or consultation form;
- selecting a telephone or call-back link;
- selecting a WhatsApp contact link;
- visiting a relevant service or confirmation page;
- beginning or completing an application step;
- engaging with a landing page; or
- completing another campaign goal configured by Pro Digitech.
Measurement may involve cookies, advertising or click identifiers, device and browser signals, tags, or conversion events. Depending on the configuration, Google may process information as a service provider to us, for its own independent purposes, or in another capacity described in Google’s terms and privacy information.
Conversion reporting is primarily used to measure campaign effectiveness, understand which services generate genuine interest, reduce wasted advertising expenditure, and improve landing-page experience. Where remarketing or audience features are enabled, they may also be used to show relevant advertisements to previous visitors, subject to applicable consent and platform requirements.
You may be able to manage advertising cookies through our cookie-preference tool, if available, as well as through browser settings and Google’s advertising privacy controls. Restricting advertising cookies may not stop all advertisements, but it may reduce personalization or measurement.
13. WhatsApp Communications
If you contact Pro Digitech through WhatsApp, we may receive your telephone number, profile name or image where visible, message content, documents, voice notes, call information, and related communication metadata. We may use and retain relevant communications as reasonably necessary to:
- respond to the enquiry;
- provide quotations or consultation support;
- follow up on requested services;
- receive authorized instructions or documents;
- deliver and administer services;
- resolve support matters; and
- maintain appropriate business, compliance, or dispute records.
WhatsApp and its related Meta entities operate independently and process information under their own terms and privacy policies. The service may involve processing on infrastructure outside the UAE. Pro Digitech does not control WhatsApp’s independent processing, security, availability, or retention practices.
For your protection, do not send passport copies, Emirates ID records, payment details, passwords, or other highly confidential documents through WhatsApp unless an authorized Pro Digitech representative has requested them for a legitimate service and you are satisfied that you are using the correct business contact. We may direct you to a more suitable channel where appropriate.
14. Social Media Platforms
Pro Digitech may maintain pages, profiles, advertising accounts, or lead campaigns on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social networks. When you follow, comment, message, submit a platform lead form, respond to an advertisement, or otherwise interact with us through a social platform, we may receive the information you make available through that interaction.
We may use that information to respond, provide requested information, manage the business relationship, moderate our pages, measure engagement, attribute leads, and improve communications or campaigns. Public comments, reactions, and profile information may remain visible to other platform users according to your settings and the platform’s features.
The relevant social-media operator independently determines how it collects and uses information across its services, including for account administration, security, analytics, and advertising. Its privacy policy, cookie controls, and account settings govern that independent processing. Pro Digitech is responsible only for the personal information it receives and processes for its own purposes.
15. Sharing Personal Information
We may share personal information only where reasonably necessary for a legitimate purpose, according to instructions, with consent where required, or as otherwise permitted or required by law. Recipients may include:
- UAE government and regulatory bodies: including free-zone authorities, economic departments, licensing bodies, immigration, identity, labour, tax, customs, municipal, judicial, or other competent entities relevant to the service;
- Banks and financial-service organizations: including banks, payment providers, merchant-service providers, compliance providers, and authorized banking intermediaries involved in requested services or transactions;
- Professional advisers and specialist providers: including authorized legal, tax, accounting, audit, corporate-service, insurance, compliance, translation, attestation, medical, document-processing, courier, or consultancy providers;
- Technology and operations providers: including website hosting, cloud storage, cybersecurity, IT support, email, CRM, communications, electronic-signature, backup, file-sharing, project-management, and customer-support providers;
- Advertising and analytics providers: including search, social-media, analytics, tag-management, call-measurement, conversion-tracking, and campaign-reporting services that are lawfully enabled;
- eCommerce and marketplace platforms: including store platforms, marketplaces, product-management tools, merchant providers, fulfilment providers, and technical integration partners involved in a client-authorized project;
- Payment processors: where payments, refunds, or transaction verification are handled through an independent provider;
- Authorized subcontractors, affiliates, and business partners: where they assist Pro Digitech in performing an agreed service and have a legitimate need for the information;
- A client or its authorized representatives: where we process information on behalf of that client or need to report on work performed for it;
- Corporate-transaction parties: as described in Section 23; and
- Legal and public authorities: as described in Section 24.
Recipients receive only the information reasonably relevant to their role, where practicable. Depending on the relationship, we may use confidentiality obligations, access controls, service terms, or data-protection provisions intended to protect the information.
Independent authorities, banks, platforms, and professional organizations may use information for their own compliance, legal, security, and operational purposes. Their own privacy notices govern those activities.
Pro Digitech does not sell or rent personal information as a commodity for unrelated third-party marketing. We may, however, use service providers and advertising platforms for Pro Digitech’s own permitted marketing and measurement activities as explained in this Policy.
16. International Data Transfers
Pro Digitech is based in the United Arab Emirates, but some clients, investors, team members, authorities, professional partners, and technology providers may be located or operate systems outside the UAE. Cloud hosting, communications, analytics, advertising, social media, eCommerce, support, security, file storage, or payment providers may also process information in other countries.
As a result, personal information may be accessed, stored, supported, or otherwise processed outside the country in which it was originally collected. Privacy laws and government-access rules may differ between jurisdictions.
Where an international transfer is subject to applicable data-protection requirements, we will take steps appropriate to our role and the nature of the transfer. Depending on the circumstances, those steps may include assessing the recipient or destination, using contractual data-protection terms, applying access and security controls, relying on a legally recognized protection mechanism or exception, obtaining consent where required, or limiting the information transferred.
We may also transfer information internationally where a client expressly requests a service involving an overseas recipient or where the transfer is necessary for an international investor, foreign shareholder, technology platform, marketplace, payment provider, or other cross-border element of the requested service, subject to applicable law.
17. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, accidental loss, destruction, or improper disclosure. The measures appropriate to a particular activity may include:
- role-based or need-to-know access controls;
- account authentication and password-management practices;
- multi-factor authentication where supported and appropriate;
- controlled access to client documents and systems;
- secure hosting, communications, storage, or transfer methods where appropriate;
- device, network, malware, logging, monitoring, and vulnerability protections;
- backup and recovery procedures appropriate to relevant systems;
- confidentiality obligations and privacy or security guidance for personnel;
- due-diligence or contractual controls for relevant service providers; and
- procedures for responding to suspected security incidents.
Security measures depend on the system, provider, project, information type, and risk. No website, email system, messaging platform, cloud service, electronic transmission, or storage method can guarantee absolute security. You should use secure devices, protect your credentials, verify payment and document requests, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or fraudulent communication involving Pro Digitech.
If a personal-data incident occurs, we will assess it and take responsive steps appropriate to the circumstances and applicable requirements, including notification to affected parties or a competent authority where legally required.
18. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or another compatible and lawful purpose. Different information may be retained for different periods.
When deciding how long to retain information, we may consider:
- the nature, volume, and sensitivity of the information;
- the requested service and duration of the client relationship;
- whether an application, project, transaction, or enquiry remains active;
- contractual commitments and client instructions;
- authority, immigration, licensing, banking, KYC, AML, tax, accounting, audit, or regulatory record requirements;
- warranty, maintenance, security, backup, or technical-support needs;
- fraud-prevention, complaint, dispute, debt-recovery, insurance, and legal-claim considerations;
- limitation periods and the need to establish, exercise, or defend rights;
- whether retention is needed to document consent, instructions, or an opt-out; and
- whether the purpose can be achieved using anonymized or less detailed information.
When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete it, securely destroy it, de-identify it, or restrict it from ordinary use, subject to technical and legal limitations. Residual copies may remain temporarily in backups, archives, logs, or systems scheduled for secure overwrite. A limited suppression record may be retained to respect a marketing opt-out.
Where Pro Digitech processes information on behalf of a business client, return, deletion, and retention may also be governed by the client’s instructions, the service agreement, technical capabilities, and applicable legal obligations.
19. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on the law that applies to you and the particular processing, you may have the right to:
- request information about the personal information we process and the purposes of processing;
- request access to or a copy of personal information relating to you;
- ask us to correct inaccurate information or complete information that is materially incomplete;
- request deletion or erasure where the information is no longer needed or another legal condition for deletion applies;
- request restriction, suspension, or cessation of certain processing in circumstances recognized by law;
- object to certain processing, including direct marketing and, where applicable, certain processing based on legitimate interests;
- withdraw consent where the processing depends on consent;
- request transfer or receipt of personal information in an available, structured format where a portability right applies;
- request information about relevant recipients or international processing where such information must be provided; and
- raise a concern with the competent data-protection authority where that right is available.
These rights are not absolute. A request may be limited or refused where an exception applies—for example, where processing or retention is required by law, necessary for an authority or bank process, needed to protect another person’s rights, subject to confidentiality or privilege, required for security or fraud prevention, or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim.
To protect personal information, we may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity, authority, and relationship to the relevant records. If a request is made by a representative, we may request proof of authorization. We may also ask you to clarify a broad request so that we can locate the relevant information.
We will handle verified requests within the period and in the manner required by applicable law. Withdrawing consent or requesting deletion may affect our ability to continue a service when the relevant information is genuinely required for that service. It will not affect processing already lawfully completed before the request.
Privacy requests may be submitted using the contact details in Section 26.
20. Marketing Communications
Where legally permitted, Pro Digitech may send service updates, newsletters, offers, event information, or other promotional communications by email, telephone, SMS, WhatsApp, social media, or similar channels. This may occur when:
- you have requested information or asked us to contact you;
- you have subscribed or otherwise consented where consent is required;
- you are an existing or recent client and the communication concerns related services, where such communication is permitted; or
- another lawful ground allows the communication.
We may use service interests, prior enquiries, business profile, engagement history, and communication preferences to make messages more relevant. We do not intend to use identity documents, confidential financial records, or unrelated client materials to personalize marketing.
You may opt out of promotional messages by using an unsubscribe link, following the instructions in the message, telling the team member who contacts you, or contacting us through the details in Section 26. We may retain a limited suppression record so that we can respect the request.
An opt-out from marketing does not prevent necessary non-promotional communications, such as responses to active enquiries, application or project updates, payment or security notices, contractual communications, or information required to deliver a requested service.
21. Third-Party Websites and Services
Our website or communications may contain links to external services, including government portals, UAE free zones, economic departments, banks, payment providers, business registries, technology providers, hosting services, marketplaces, social-media platforms, mapping services, or professional partners.
External organizations control their own websites, applications, cookies, security, and personal-information practices. A link, integration, or referral does not make Pro Digitech responsible for an independent third party’s privacy practices. You should review the relevant privacy notice and terms before submitting information or using an external service.
Where Pro Digitech embeds a third-party feature, such as a map, video, chat tool, social widget, payment function, or booking service, the provider may receive technical or interaction information when the feature loads or is used. Optional features should be managed through consent controls where required and technically available.
22. Children’s Privacy
Pro Digitech’s website and professional services are generally intended for adults, entrepreneurs, investors, authorized company representatives, and business users. They are not intentionally directed to children, and we do not knowingly invite children to submit personal information for marketing or general website use.
In limited circumstances, information about a minor may be required for an authorized family, dependent, residency, immigration, insurance, or related service. Such information should be provided by, or with the authorization of, a parent, legal guardian, or person lawfully entitled to act for the minor. We will seek to use that information only for the relevant service, administration, and legal requirements.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us without appropriate authorization, please contact us so that we can review the circumstances and take appropriate action.
23. Business Transfers
If Pro Digitech or Pro Digitech DWC-LLC is involved in a proposed or completed merger, acquisition, financing, investment, reorganization, joint venture, transfer of services, sale of assets, insolvency process, or similar corporate transaction, relevant personal information may be reviewed or transferred as part of appropriate due diligence or the transaction.
Any such handling will be limited to information reasonably relevant to the transaction and will be subject to applicable law, confidentiality arrangements, access restrictions, and other safeguards appropriate to the circumstances. If responsibility for relevant personal information changes, affected individuals will be informed where notification is required.
24. Legal and Regulatory Disclosure
We may preserve, use, or disclose personal information where we reasonably believe it is necessary and legally permitted to:
- comply with applicable law, regulation, licensing condition, or professional obligation;
- respond to a valid court order, subpoena, warrant, regulatory notice, government request, or other lawful process;
- cooperate with competent UAE or foreign authorities where legally required or permitted;
- support tax, accounting, audit, immigration, corporate, KYC, AML, sanctions, or regulatory requirements;
- investigate, prevent, or respond to suspected fraud, cybercrime, misuse, security threats, or unlawful conduct;
- enforce contracts, collect lawful debts, or protect Pro Digitech’s legal rights, property, personnel, systems, clients, or users;
- establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; or
- protect another person’s rights, safety, or legitimate interests where permitted by law.
Where lawful and practicable, we will assess whether a request is valid and limit disclosure to information reasonably responsive to it. We may be prohibited from notifying an affected person about certain requests.
25. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our services, systems, partners, business practices, legal requirements, or regulatory guidance. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
Where a change is material and additional notice is appropriate or legally required, we may provide notice through the website, a communication channel we have on record, or another suitable method. A new consent will be requested where required for a new processing activity.
Please review this Policy from time to time, particularly before submitting new categories of information or requesting a new service.
